ColoringCastle provides an online service that converts uploaded photographs into printable coloring pages using artificial intelligence technology.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the service only for lawful purposes
Not upload content that infringes on others' rights
Not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the service
Not use the service for commercial purposes without permission

Image Upload and Processing

Important: We do not permanently store your uploaded images. Images are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after processing.

By uploading images, you:

Confirm you have the right to use and upload the image
Grant us temporary permission to process the image for coloring page generation
Understand that images are not stored permanently
Accept that processing results may vary in quality

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded images. Generated coloring pages are provided for your personal use. We retain rights to our service, technology, and any improvements made to the service.

Payment and Subscription

Free tier users receive limited generations per month. Premium subscriptions provide additional generations and features. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Important Limitation: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLORINGCASTLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
